wind song.

these are the finals I turned in for my photography class - "influence & inspiration" project. My artist of choice was Julia Margaret Cameron. The things I took from her style were: portrait photography, headdresses, natural elements, and folk-like narrative. The rest I left up to my dreaming and experimental playing. it was a perfect day, this blue sky is no filter in photoshop, believe it! anyway I am actually really excited about how these ended up turning out... I'm learning a lot about photography, and the importance of photo direction! Special thanks to my awesome models, Annie Hudson & Andrew Larason - it was the last day of his dreads and they went out in style as a full bird's nest!

  1. These are absolutely beautiful. They do appear very professional. I could see some of them in a clothing catalog or some sort of ad...I dunno. :P
